Hi, I’m Paul Fedun, CEO at Apex Life. I’m proud to call Asheville, NC home and blessed to share every day with my vibrant wife and two kiddos! I grew up in Asheville and continually get wrapped up in the beauty that surrounds us. My family and I enjoy quality time outdoors. This includes hiking, cruising the Blue Ridge Parkway to the next waterfall, making friends with black bears on our family compound, and wakesurfing the pristine mountain lakes.

 

From early childhood, my parents introduced me to home building as we built every home we lived in. This process helped me understand the importance and impact that a home and environment play on our everyday quality of life. After high school, I passed on college and was determined to find my way in the growing construction industry. I joined a carpentry crew for some hands on training and quickly confirmed that building homes was my purpose. Two years later, I became a subcontractor, specializing in siding, framing, and carpentry. Our teams completed hundreds of projects throughout the years which helped me build vast knowledge in multiple trades. Those ten years operating a subcontracting company prepared me for the transition to general contracting. In late 2014 I received my NC General Contracting License and officially created Apex Life. During this time, we have completed close to 100 homes and have grown the company from our management team to our broad network of quality subcontractors.

 

The last twenty years have brought exponential growth to this area as people are finding joy, comfort, and opportunity in all that Western North Carolina has to offer. Apex Life would love to partner with you by building your vision and creating your reality!
